2. Custom Products

All products sold on this site are custom-made based on artwork submitted by the customer.
You agree that:

  • You own or have full rights to the artwork you upload
  • Your artwork does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks
  • DPI Solutions LLC may refuse or cancel an order if the artwork is inappropriate, illegal, or violates intellectual property laws

3. Proof Approval

Before production, we will send you a digital proof.
By approving the proof:

  • You confirm that all details (size, colors, alignment, bleeds, ect.) are correct
  • Production will begin, and the order can no longer be canceled or changed

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our site are in U.S. dollars.
We reserve the right to update pricing or discontinue products at any time.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates only.
DPI Solutions LLC is not liable for delays or lost packages caused by USPS.

6. Returns & Reprints

Because products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted.
If there is a manufacturing error, we will reprint the affected items.

7. Prohibited Uses
