Refund Policy

Because our products are custom-printed and made-to-order, most sales are final. However, we always want you to love your order. Below is our refund and reprint policy.
Custom Printed Items
All stickers and label sheets are printed using the artwork you upload and approve during the proofing process.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds for:
- Customer-submitted artwork errors
- Typos, sizing issues, or design problems present in the uploaded file
- Changes requested after proof approval
- General dissatisfaction with subjective factors (color preference, style preference, etc.)
If We Made a Mistake
If your order arrives with a manufacturing or printing error caused by us, we will gladly reprint the affected items at no cost.
Examples include:
- Incorrect dimensions
- Print defects
- Artwork printed differently than the approved proof
- Wrong material or finish

admin@dpisolutions.co , Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Artwork & Design Adjustments
We offer a basic proofing process included in the price of your order.
If you request extensive artwork or design modifications, we may charge an additional fee. If we cannot complete the requested work, we may offer a refund before production begins.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before:
- The proof is approved,
- and production has started
Once production begins, cancellations and refunds are not available.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Because USPS does not guarantee delivery timelines and we currently do not provide tracking, DPI Solutions LLC is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Delayed packages
- Carrier errors
However, if your order appears to be severely delayed, reach out and we will do our best to assist.
